The item is made of quite durable friselina. It's super cute and a good size for small children, and for a few sweets it's fine. Also for photos or children's decoration, it's great. It's quite colorful and fun, with bright colors and the decorations are well attached. But the assembly is weak and I fear that putting many heavy candies on it will cause it to disassemble. I will try to glue it to make it more resistant and be able to use it without worrying about it falling apart if it holds very heavy items. For the price, it's great.
